Доставка заняла 12 дней до г.Казань (Татарстан). С продавцом не общалась. Посылку отправил в течении дня после оплаты. Сумка аккуратная, упаковано хорошо. Присутствует совсем небольшой запах кожзама. Застежка железная. Внутри одно отделение. Ручки только из легкого металла, рассчитаны думаю на небольшой вес. В целом всем довольна.
