I make a size 40/42 and I took a size XL I'm not tight but it's not very far with 2 or 3 kilos less I would be at the top in this pretty dress, plus a few small stitches at the neckline (there is a nursery pin) At the level of the legs, otherwise a great cost of wind and we see absolutely everything.
